How to read this: Higher shortage levels reduce your outdoor water budget,
so the same water use falls into the higher-priced tiers. Figures use the adopted FY 2026-27 WSCP commodity rates for each shortage level. These take effect only if the Board declares the corresponding shortage level (implementation requires additional Board action).
Recycled-water landscape budgets are not reduced under the WSCP. At Levels 5 and 6 the
outdoor budget is zero.
