Meeting Rooms Information

Irvine Ranch Water District offers meeting rooms to non-profit organizations and residents within the IRWD service area that includes Irvine, portions of the Cities of Lake Forest, Portola Hills, Foothill Ranch, Newport Coast, Tustin Ranch, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Orange and portions of unincorporated Orange County. The purpose of IRWD’s meeting facilities is to conduct agency business for the benefit of IRWD’s customers. When not being used for IRWD business, IRWD makes some of its facilities available for use by the ratepaying public within its jurisdiction on a first come, first served basis, no more than once a month per person or organization, and subject to certain eligibility requirements. IRWD imposes reasonable and necessary restrictions on using its facilities to avoid the appearance that it is endorsing a specific issue and to maintain neutrality.

Community Meeting Room

The Community Meeting room is available for meetings after regular business hours starting at 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. on weekends. Weekend daytime reservation availability is anytime between 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. or anytime between 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. The Community Meeting Room is located at 15500 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92618 and is available for meetings only. Duck Club Meeting Room

The Duck Club meeting room is available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Reservation availability is anytime between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or anytime between 4 to 10 p.m. Liability alcohol insurance is required for all events serving alcohol. The Duck Club is located at the San Joaquin Marsh Campus and is available for meetings and private events. This meeting room is extremely popular and books several months in advance.
