IRWD offices have been temporarily closed to the public, but we remain available to serve you. Virtually all transactions can be completed at 949-453-5300 or online using the links below. Full-service agents are available 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. For shorter wait times, avoid Mondays.

Your Water is Safe — Rely on It

The coronavirus has no impact on water quality, and our teams are following strict workforce guidelines to ensure your service continues uninterrupted. IRWD water quality staff conduct more than a quarter million lab tests a year on water from more than 100 sample points. Learn more.

Keep Wipes Out of Pipes

As people increase their use of disinfecting wipes, IRWD reminds customers not to flush them. Please throw them away! Wipes are not flushable and can easily snag on imperfections in pipelines and create severe clogs in your home’s plumbing or the water district sewers. More information.
