San Joaquin Dam Drainage Project

Irvine Ranch Water District contractors will be making improvements to the San Joaquin Dam to enhance control of stormwater runoff from the surface of the dam.

The project involves clearing and grubbing of the dam embankment, installation of v-ditch, U-channel, terrace drain, earthwork, subgrade preparation, and construction of a decomposed granite access road.

Construction equipment and materials needed for the project will be stored near the construction area along the access road to the dam.
