Payments being returned in the mail by error

Irvine Ranch Water District is aware of payments being returned to customers through the United States Postal Service that were sent to our P.O. Box in Los Angeles.

If your check payment has been returned to you, please resend your payment via one of these three options:

• Mail to the P.O. Box listed on the payment stub
• Mail your payment to our office at 15600 Sand Canyon Ave, Irvine 92618, attention to Customer Service
• Use the drop box located in our parking lot

Late payment fees will not be assessed at this time. If you have already been charged a late fee due to a returned check, please email us at customerservice@irwd.com.
