Payments being returned in the mail by error

Irvine Ranch Water District is aware of payments that were sent to our P.O. Box in Los Angeles being returned to customers through the United States Postal Service.

If your check payment has been returned to you, please resend it via one of these three options:

• Mail it to the P.O. Box listed on the payment stub.
• Mail it to our office at 15600 Sand Canyon Ave., Irvine 92618, attention to Customer Service.
• Use the drop box in our parking lot at 15600 Sand Canyon Ave., Irvine.

Late payment fees will not be assessed at this time. If you have already been charged a late fee due to a returned check, please email us at customerservice@irwd.com.
