Fix a Leak Workshop kicks off month of leak-fixing
IRWD’s Water Efficiency team welcomed more than 50 IRWD customers on March 7 to the annual Fix a Leak Workshop, where guests learned how to detect and fix indoor and outdoor leaks in their own homes. The Fix a Leak Workshop kicked off the District's full month of activities in support of the Environmental Protection Agency’s annual WaterSense campaign focused on fixing leaks and saving water.

—Accessing and reading your water meter
—Spotting signs of indoor and outdoor leaks
—Repairing toilet leaks and leaking sprinklers
—Improving your irrigation system
—Saving money with routine maintenance
—Applying for IRWD rebates
—Finding resources to monitor water use

Each day during Fix a Leak Week March 16–22, we’re giving away a $100 gift card, and a final drawing will be held at the end of the month.
