Din Tai Fung is internationally famous and known worldwide for its precision-crafted soup dumplings. This world-renowned Taiwanese restaurant is located at Irvine Spectrum Center. It is proud to be part of IRWD’s WaterStar program, which recognizes businesses and restaurants that strive to reduce water consumption and use water efficiently as a daily part of their operations.
Din Tai Fung saves water by using high-efficiency toilets, low-flow faucets in its restrooms and common areas, an EPA EnergyStar-certified dishwasher and steamer, an air-cooled ice machine, and pre-rinse spray valves.
