Palette Dim Sum is an upscale, modern Chinese-Cantonese restaurant located at The Market Place in Tustin. It is known for its creative, colorful presentations of elevated dim sum and Cantonese fare, and its space features an art-and painting-inspired theme, trendy decor, a cocktail bar and outdoor patio.
