The Irvine Ranch Water District offers customers an easy way to pay their water bill with eBill. IRWD
customers can now receive and pay their water bills electronically from the convenience of their own computers.
“This cost effective free service not only saves time, but postage as well,” said Gina Jackson, IRWD Customer Service Manager. “Customers have 24- hour access to their billing and water use history, which can help them find new ways to save water and money.”
Currently, 22 percent of IRWD customers take advantage of eBill. IRWD customers may opt to receive their bills and pay online through their checking account, or they may sign up for auto pay, in which the bill is deducted automatically from their account. eBill customers also receive an electronic version of IRWD Pipelines, a customer newsletter which keeps customers informed about District programs and activities .
Signing up for eBill is as easy as logging onto your computer. Customers using eBill receive an email, advising their bills are available to be viewed and paid online. If they have signed up for auto pay, they are notified by email when the bill is paid.
