Procedural Guidelines and General Design Requirements
The purpose of these Procedual Guidelines and General Design Requirements Manual (Guidelines) is to provide IRWD customers with a guide to the District procedures for handling the multitude of service requests received. This manual also provides a listing of the general design criteria for each of the three types of systems the District operates and maintains; domestic water, sewer and recycled water plan and the plan approval process.
