Monthly Service Charge
The monthly service charge commercial, industrial, public authority and non-agricultural landscape irrigation is based upon the meter size and ranges from $8.75 for a 5/8" meter, up to $2,933.11 for a 16", 18", 20" propeller meter.
Pumping Surcharge
A surcharge will be added to the commodity rate of those users at higher elevations which cause the District to incur additional pumping costs to supply their water. The surcharge is based upon prevailing energy costs and currently ranges from $0.16 to $0.42 per ccf. If you are in an area affected by a pumping surcharge it will be itemized on your monthly bill.
