Property Management Agreement
As the owner or owner's agent of the properties listed below, I authorize the Irvine Ranch Water District to continue water service from the time a tenant requests service to be discontinued until a new tenant applies for service. The meter will be read and water service will continue without interruption between occupants. The $15 new service fee will be waived while this agreement is in effect.
