*Note: Rebate amounts may fluctuate and are subject to funding availability. Although rebate funding comes from IRWD and other regional water agencies, to receive the combined total rebate amount only one rebate application is required.
Rebate Program Updates
- To secure a rebate, you must first obtain a rebate reservation prior to purchasing a qualifying device. Effective January 2010: Reservations may not be available online, as program changes are in progress. Please contact IRWD Conservation Department at (949) 453-5581 for more information regarding CII rebate reservations.
- After obtaining a reservation, it is the responsibility of the participants to purchase/install the device and submit the complete application with supporting documentation including proof of purchase. The application and documentation needs to be postmarked within 60 days of the reservation to be eligible. There is an indoor device rebate limit of $10,000 per address.
- Rebate checks will be issued only to the water agency customer. Vendors are not eligible for rebates applied for on behalf of their customers.

- Your name, installation address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
- Name of your water provider (verify this is IRWD by looking at your water bill).
- Type and quantity of product that you will be purchasing.

If you are working with a landscape contractor to install your product, please provide the contractor’s contact information and if available, the C-27 license number.
Existing Applications
- If you have already submitted an application but have not received your rebate yet please be advised there is a slight delay in processing due to the overwhelming success of the program. We appreciate your patience.
- Once a rebate has been paid to a property for a specific device, that property cannot receive another rebate for the same type of device.
