In order to maintain consistency of reporting, the chart was compiled from calendar year 2023 information submitted to the California State Controller's office* as required by law. *** Each year, the Board of Directors reviews and takes formal action to set Boardmember compensation in accordance with State of California law. On November 13, 2023, the IRWD Board of Directors approved their fees for calendar year 2024 at $331.00 per meeting, not to exceed 10 meetings per month.
