Use eBill. It's Paperless and Free.
eBill is a free electronic billing and payment service offered by IRWD.
Register for account access/eBill and benefit from the convenience of receiving your bill electronically and paying online, free of charge, from your checking or money market account. With this option, you will no longer receive a paper bill delivered through the United States Postal Service. Instead, you will receive an email letting you know your bill is ready to view and pay. To pay a bill, you simply select “Make a Payment” once you have initially entered your checking account information. Other Electronic Options.
Your financial institution may offer either pay-by-phone or computer-based home banking as an option to pay your IRWD bill. For information on availability of pay-by-phone or computer-based home banking, contact your financial institution.

Customers may pay their bill over the phone or by computer anytime day or night with an electronic check, ATM debit card, or credit card displaying any of the following logos: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PULSE, STAR, NYCE, or ACCEL. There is a service fee of $3.25 for these forms of payment. The full amount of the fee is passed to BillMatrix as the provider of this service.

In the Mail.
Mail your water bill payment stub along with your check in the courtesy reply envelope provided with your bill. If the envelope is missing, the payment address is:

In Person. Walk in.
Water bill payments may be made at the Customer Service Department at the IRWD offices, 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays.
For payments after hours or on weekends and holidays, a drop-box is conveniently located in the parking lot at the IRWD Headquarters. Payments received in the drop box will be processed on the next business day.
