Reservation Calendar

As a public agency, IRWD makes some of its meeting rooms available free of charge to non-profit organizations within our service area which includes Irvine, portions of the Cities of Lake Forest, Portola Hills, Foothill Ranch, Newport Coast, Tustin Ranch, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Orange and portions of unincorporated Orange County.

To reserve a meeting room, please print and fill out the room application of your choice provided in the links below. Completion of these documents is the first important step in the reservation process. You can submit your application via fax at 949-453-1327, email to jordan@irwd.com, mail or drop off the application to IRWD's Sand Canyon building at 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92612. Please carefully read the "Meeting Facility Use Guidelines" provided in each packet for our room policies. For more information please call (949) 453-5356.

Sand Canyon Meeting Room

The Sand Canyon room is available for meetings after regular business hours from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. and is located at IRWD's Sand Canyon building at 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine, CA 92612.

Duck Club Meeting Room

The Duck Club room located in the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary is available for meetings and events. This facility is extremely popular and books several months in advance.

There are just a few Saturday and Sundays available for 2012.

Please be aware there is a detour for access to the Marsh Campus and Duck Club. A detour map and a detailed map of the IRWD San Joaquin Marsh campus where the Duck Club is located are available for your use.
