In keeping with IRWD's transparency pledge, we offer the following information on salary & benefits for IRWD Board of Directors and Senior Staff. In order to maintain consistency of reporting, the chart was compiled from Calendar year 2010 information submitted to the California State Controller's office as required by law. Calendar year 2010 data is expected to be available on the State Controller's website and updated data will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.
Also available is the 2010 compensation chart for all IRWD staff and the Board of Directors.

***Each year, the Board of Directors reviews and takes formal action to set Board compensation in accordance with State of California law. On December 12, 2011, the IRWD Board of Directors elected not to increase their fees for calendar year 2012. The current compensation for the IRWD Board of Directors was set in 2009 and is $237.00 per meeting, not to exceed 10 meetings per month.
