One-time courtesy adjustments are available to customers who go over allocation for filling a swimming pool, repairing a water leak, and other special circumstances. When an adjustment is made, the excess units of water billed in the "Inefficient", "Excessive", or "Wasteful" tiers are re-billed for you at the "Conservation Base Rate".  Please call Customer Service at (949) 453-5300 for more information.
