As a public agency, IRWD makes some of its meeting rooms available free of charge to non-profit organizations within our service area (which includes Irvine, portions of Lake Forest, Portola Hills, Foothill Ranch, Newport Coast, Tustin Ranch, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Orange and portions of unincorporated Orange County).
In order to secure your reservation, you must completely fill out the "Application for Use of Meeting Room Facilities" and the "Temporary Entry Permit." You will be unable to reserve the facility unless these documents are received.
Headquarters facilities
The meeting room is in the IRWD Sand Canyon Headquarters Building. The meeting room is very popular and often is booked months in advance. Call (949) 453-5356 for more information or to check on availability of the facilities.
IRWD Duck Club meeting room
Also available is the Duck Club meeting room located in the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary. Call (949) 453-5356 for more information or to check on availability of the Duck Club.
