| With the population increasing and imported water supplies decreasing, water conservation is a necessary way of life in arid southern California. IRWD and water agencies throughout the state continue to explore new and innovative methods for future water management. We plan carefully to help prevent the exploitation, destruction or waste of this vital natural resource.
