The Account Access feature of IRWD's Web site features secure access. Customers connecting to this portion of the Web site should have a compatible Web browser to take advantage of the security facilitated by 128-bit SSL Global Server IDs. Compatible Web browser: HTML 4.0 capable browser with JavaScript enabled. If you are not using a compatible Web browser, you will need to upgrade. Account Access
With account access you have the ability to review account details such as account balance, payment and usage history, and variance information. You may edit information such as your name, bill mailing address, contact phone number and e-mail address. Once registered for account access you can also sign up to view and pay your bill online.
